Your data are protected within the framework of legal regulations. In the following, you will find information about which data are collected during your visit on the websites and how they are used:

1. collection and processing of data

Any access to our websites and any recalling of a file (e. g. picture) deposited on the website is recorded. The storage is for internal system-related and statistical purposes. Recorded are: name of the file recalled, date and time of recalling, amount of data transferred, message about successful or unsuccessful recalling, webbrowser used, address of the referring website and possibly search words used on the referring website. If necessary, also data are stored which your webbrowser transfers automatically, such as the Betriebssystem, Spracheinstellungen, Zeichensatzeinstellungen, Netzwerkeinstellungen sowie bevorzugte Inhaltstypen (MIME-Types).

In addition, the IP addresses of the computers making the enquiry are recorded. With the IP address the country of origin and possibly the assigned domain are recorded as well.

Further person-related data are only recorded if you give these details voluntarily eg. within the framework of an enquiry or registration as author in the customers’ references.

An inclusion of contents or Cookies of third providers on our websites does not take place.

2. Use and passing-on of person-related data

If you have put person-related data at our disposal, we will use these only in order to reply to your questions, to complete contracts made with you and for the technical administration.

You person-related data are only passed on to third parties or otherwise transferred if this necessary for the completion of the contract – in particular the passing-on of ordering data to suppliers – for billing purposes or if you have consented before. You have the right to withdraw a given consent anytime for future reference.

The deletion of the saved person-related data takes places if you withdraw your consent to the saving, if their knowledge is no longer necessary for the purpose pursued with the saving or if their saving is not allowed for other legal reasons.

3. Right to information

Upon written request, we will give you free information about the data stored abour your person.

Safety note

We try to save your person-related data by using all technical and organizational possibilities in such a way that they are not accessible for third parties. During communication per e-mail, the compleate data safety cannot be guaranteed by us so that we recommend you to use the postal way for confidential information. An encoded e-mail communication is unfortunately at present not possible.
