The advantages of the Schwedenplatte foundation at a glance:

Overview of our foundation: The heat insulation, the pipes for the floor heating and media are already laid.

Different anchoring systems are possible. Ask us.

Comparison between conventional base plate and heat-insulated Schwedenplatte:

Conventional base plate Schwedenplatte foundation
Low surface insulation no cold bridges
No insulation under the inner and outer wall high strength of insulation
No edge insulation insulated edge area
High preliminary temperature low preliminary temperatur
Very low capacity to store heat concrete serves to store heat
High surface temperature low surface temperature (ca. 30 ℃)
expansion joint in the stone floor no expansion joint
extended building time (up to 6 weeks) short building time (3–5 days)
high price low price since all media are already included. Low follow-up cost due to high energy efficiency.

The plus in quality of life is incomparable with a Schwedenplatte foundation due to the integrated floor heating, the heat insulation as well as the pre-installed supply pipes.

After the polishing of the concrete, the foundation is ready. On this surface, carpeting, tiles or parquet can be laid directly without problems.

You will then be given friendly and competent information as a well a written offer for your building project.

Glossary

Low-temperature floor heating
runs with a temperature of max. 38 ℃, permanently comfortable temperatures
extension fugue
is needed when laying the floor pavement, especially in areas around the door and large patches of floor pavement.
Laser installation:
Laser technology is used in the building business in order to adjust heights, breadths and lengths exactly to the millimetre.
Passive house
Passive houses are houses that run mostly with their own warmth, increasingly also usable in Germany.
Anchoring system
this is the connection between the base plate and the house.
Surface insulation
this is the insulation used under the base plate, with a Schwedenplatte 20–30 cm thick, depending on the required u-value. It generally consists of perimeter insulation and EPS-material.
Cold bridges
these are areas where there is no insulation and where two materials adjoin that are not isolated.
Preliminary temperature
Temperature regulated in the heating system (with floor heating: 32–28 ℃).
Surface temperature
This is generally the temperature of the preliminary temperature.
